Our Gelato
We create 12 flavors of Italian-style ice cream from scratch, in small batches, using a slow and traditional process. Our ice creams rotate on a seasonal basis to optimize the peak of freshness and flavor of our ingredients. In addition to the classics, we create unexpected flavors and incorporate out-of-the-ordinary ingredients.
Our Sorbetto
Our sorbettos do not contain any dairy, are vegan friendly, and can be enjoyed by those who are lactose intolerant. We use fruits that are in season and, whenever possible, we use organic produce from local farmers.
In addition to gelato and sorbetto, we also offer milkshakes, floats, affogatos (espresso over gelato), all natural sorbetto smoothies, locally roasted coffees from La Terza Coffee Roasterie, European hot chocolate, and Italian Sodas.
