Celebrate good times! In addition to our Findlay Market and Northside retail locations, Dojo Gelato offers fresh, handcrafted gelati and sorbetti for any event: weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, office parties, and more.
Looking for a truly unique way to celebrate your event? We offer made-to-order gelato cakes, gelato pies, gelato sandwiches, gelato by the tub, and bombes for your party needs. We create everything from scratch and to order in our Northside kitchen.
For larger celebrations, we offer our gelato cart or truck. More details on all of our catering options can be found below.
dojo gelato cart & Truck
Catering operational times are from 11 AM - 11 PM.
A minimum of one week's notice is required for catering reservations.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve catering dates.
There is an additional travel fee of $150 for events outside the Interstate 275 loop.
Scooping service is for 2 hours or until all portions are scooped, whichever comes first.
Prices do not include 20% gratuity.

Gelato Cart
Our cart offers six gelati flavors of your choosing, all wares, and scooping service by a Dojo team member. The cart is a perfect option for events needing a smaller serving amount. Cart prices are $6.25 per serving for a two-flavor cup and $7 for a three-flavor cup. Please note that there is a $475 serving minimum to reserve. A 20% gratuity is added after all catering events.
Gelato Truck
Our truck can present up to eight flavors with the option of floats and ice cream sandwiches. It is a perfect option for any event needing 80 servings or more. Truck prices are $6.25 per serving for a two-flavor cup and $7 per serving for a three-flavor cup. Please note that there is a $575 serving minimum to reserve. A 20% gratuity is added after all catering events.
Gelato cakes & pies
All of our cakes and pies are made-to-order, and we request two business days for creation. Cakes come in two sizes: a 6” cake that serves 8-10 people ($45) or a 9” cake that serves 16-20 people ($65). Gelato pies are 6" and serve 4-8 people ($35). Celebration Cake
The Celebration Cake is made with brownie crumb crust, a layer of gelato, a layer of fudge sauce, a layer of sprinkles, another layer of gelato, fresh whipped cream, and a final layer of sprinkles.
Chocolate Everything Cake
The Chocolate Everything Cake is made with chocolate cookie crumb crust, a layer of Dutch chocolate gelato, a layer of fudge sauce, a layer of crushed chocolate cookies, another layer of Dutch Chocolate gelato, fresh double chocolate whipped cream, and a final layer of crushed chocolate cookies.
Custom cakes
We also offer custom gelato cakes. Custom cakes can be created with our house made chocolate or yellow cake, plus any currently scooping gelati or sorbetti. Please contact us for current flavors or more custom cake details.
Gelato pies
Our gelato pies are made with brownie crumb crust, a layer of gelato, a layer of fudge sauce, and a layer of torched marshmallow meringue.
bombes
Our bombes are made-to-order and we request two business days for creation. Each bombe serves two ($20) and are a half dozen minimum order. For more information, or to reserve, please complete the request form below.
Our bombes are created with a chocolate shortbread cookie crust, packed with gelato, and then topped with a torched marshmallow meringue.
gelato sandwiches
We offer gelato sandwiches for celebrations, big or small, made with flourless chocolate cookies baked fresh in our kitchen. Our gelato sandwiches are made-to-order, and we request two business days for creation. Each sandwich serves 1-2 people ($7) ($8 for dipped and rolled) and are minimum order of one dozen. gelato by the tub
Looking for a smaller alternative to our gelato cart or truck? We also offer gelato by the 5-liter tub. Each tub serves about 40 guests ($110). All our gelati is made-to-order, and we request two business days for creation. Gelato by the tub does not include a Dojo team member for scooping service.
