What flavors are scooping today?

We are always making fresh gelati and sorbetti. For the most up-to-date flavor selections at our scoop shop locations, please visit our Facebook or Instagram pages. If there's a favorite flavor, you're in the mood for, please contact us to find out if it is scooping at the moment.

What are your locations and hours?

Have a look right here.

I've tried calling, and there wasn't an answer. What's up with that?

Our locations get very busy, and sometimes we can't make it to the phone. You’re welcome to leave a voicemail or, for the quickest response, send a text to 513-328-9000. Facebook or Insta DMs, on the other hand? Not so much. Please note that we will do our best to respond quickly…during our normal operating hours.

Do you accept credit cards and/or Apple Pay?

Yes.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Please visit here for online ordering.

Can Dojo Gelato cater our event or provide gelato by the gallon?

Of course! Please visit our "Let's Party" page for more information and to complete a catering inquiry.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards at our scoop shop locations and online. To order online, visit here.

Are your ice creams gluten-free or vegan?

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Our ice cream base is gluten-free, and all of our ice cream without cookies, cake, and beer are gluten-free. Please note that while we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, our ice creams are not created in a nut-free kitchen or multiple ice cream batch freezers.

We are always scooping at least three dairy-free and vegan sorbetti at our locations.

Do you offer any sugar-free gelato?

Sorry, we do not.

Where do you make your gelati?

We make every single batch by hand in our kitchen in Northside. Each flavor is created in five-gallon batches, and our pints are hand-packed upon each customer's purchase. We're fresh!

Do you franchise?

No, we do not.

Who owns Dojo Gelato?

Dojo Gelato is independently owned and operated by Michael Christner. Our first location opened in 2009 at Findlay Market and has since expanded to another retail location and our production kitchen in Northside. We also have a rapidly growing catering department. Learn more about our story here.

Do you collaborate?

Yes! We are firm believers that you should support those that support you. Local farmers, breweries, non-profits, artists, musicians, and chefs have all been a part of our continuing journey. We enjoy good brainstorms and are always looking to collaborate on new ideas. If you have an idea for a partnership, please email us at dojo@dojogelato.com.
