I've tried calling, but there was no answer. What’s going on?
Our locations can get quite busy, and sometimes we’re unable to answer the phone. You’re welcome to leave a voicemail, or for the quickest response, text us at 513-328-9000. Please note, we’re more responsive during our normal operating hours.

Are your ice creams gluten-free or vegan?
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions:
Our ice cream base is gluten-free, and all of our flavors without cookies, cake, or beer are gluten-free.
While we strive to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen is not nut-free, and we use multiple batch freezers.
We always have at least three dairy-free and vegan sorbetti available at our locations.
Do you offer any sugar-free gelato?
Sorry, we do not offer sugar-free gelato.
Where do you make your gelati?
All of our gelati and sorbetti are made by hand in our kitchen in Northside. Each flavor is crafted in small 5-gallon batches, and our pints are hand-packed when purchased. We take pride in being fresh!
Do you franchise?
No, we do not franchise.
Who owns Dojo Gelato?
Dojo Gelato is independently owned and operated by Michael Christner. Our first location opened in 2009 at Findlay Market, and we’ve since expanded to a second retail location and a production kitchen in Northside. We also have a growing catering department. Yes, we love collaborating! We believe in supporting those who support us—local farmers, breweries, non-profits, artists, musicians, and chefs have all played a role in our journey.
